Setting-up Association [The terms “Organisation” inside the guide is referring to “Association”]

1. Hover your mouse over the profile icon and click on “My Organisation” to continue setting up organisation.

2. Click on “Add New Organisation” to continue setting up organisation.

3. Enter all required organisation details which include:

  • Public Name
  • Association Name
  • Organisation Registration No.
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Address
  • Year End
  • Billing Cycle
  • Attach ROC/ROS/SSM
  • Terms
and click on “Create” to complete creating organisation.

4. After done creating association, you will be directed back to the dashboard.

The application is sent to EpicDewan team for review, but you can still edit your organisation profile information by clicking on the arrow icon.

The system will notify the association the application if the application is:

  • Approved
  • Rejected – system will notify the association the application is rejected
