What is a convenience fees?
> Convenience fees:
FPX: 3.00% or RM3.00* per transaction whichever higher.
* Amount RM100.00 or below, fixed rate of RM3.00 per transaction.

Do I have to sign any physical contract?
> No contract is required, you can stop using EpicDewan anytime.
Can I delete my account?

Who are the payment processing partner?
> Our payment gateway partner is 2C2P, a reputable gateway provider. Learn more.
Can I change my email address after I register my account?
> Yes you can. Contact us.
When does the system send the renewal?
> By default the renewal are based on year end. This is set when you register the association with us. However, you are also given an option to set the renewal date to be other than your year end. This is a irreversible action, therefore please make sure you set correctly.
Are there any limit for members to join?
> No, it is unlimited.
Can I export all the invoices?
> Yes, go to Report module & export.
Can I export all the official receipt?
> Yes, go to Report module & export.
Are there any statement of account?
> Yes, go to Report module & export.
Can I export member listing?
> Yes, go to Report module & export.
When can we receive the membership payment?
> We process payment weekly & disburse within the following week (subject to whether it is a working day). E.g., all payments received from Monday (today 12am onward) until Sunday (until 11:59pm) will be paid within the following week (on a working day).

Is the ecommerce ticketing function free?
> There are no subscription fees for this function. However the convenience fees still apply for each transaction. Refer to Features.
How many events can I create?
> It is unlimited.
How does it works?
> E.g. If you have an upcoming training sessions, you can create an event using the system. You can upload image, event details, ticket price and a sale price.
Are there any sale duration function?
> Yes there is. You can choose when to start & end.
Can we implement early bird discount?
> Not a specific function for now, but you can always use the sale function as it can deliver the same effect.
Are there any limit on the orders?
> No, it’s unlimited
Are there guest checkout function?
> Yes. That is if you allow non-member & any person without account to place an order.
